The primary cause of cancer was officially discovered in 1923. and the inventor in 1931. has received the Nobel Prize in medicine. Do you know that cancer cure exists? What pH is and why it is important to all your body functions?
PH is a scale that measures how acidic or alkaline a substance is. The scale ranges from 1 to 14 with 1 being very acid, 7 neutral and 14 very alkaline.
So what does pH have to do with you and your blood? Well, the pH of your blood is extremely important. With it, it’s like a well-oiled machine. Without it, it won’t even start.
The ideal pH level for your blood is right around 7.35 and your body goes to enormous lengths to maintain this level.
From a healthy individual, blood pH is between 7.40 and 7.45. The blood is constantly regulating itself. It has a task not to get into the metabolic acidity. However, some foods acidify blood and pollute the body.
Tumour tissues are sour while healthy ones are alkaline
This is something that you should always keep in mind. When the body is too acidic, it takes minerals from the vital organs and bones to neutralize the acid. As a result, the level of mineral reserves of calcium, sodium, potassium and magnesium can reach a critically low level, causing damage that can pass unnoticed for years, making the state known as acidosis.
What many people do not know is that the taste of some food does not determine its acidity. For example, we all know that lemon has a sour taste, so we consider it to be acidic food, but it is actually a food that increases alkalinity. During the digestion process, its acids are oxidized to carbon dioxide and water, which means they do not create acidic conditions in the body.
Calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium and sodium are the main alkalizing minerals. Food rich in these minerals is considered an alkaline food. Many foods have acidic and alkaline minerals in themselves.
If food has more acidic minerals than alkaline, it is considered to be acidic food and vice versa. The organism has limits to which it can regulate acidity and alkalinity. Generally speaking, if your diet includes many acidic foods such as meat, cereals and sugar, your body can become acidic. If you consume too many fruits and vegetables, your body can become too alkaline. The key is maintaining a balance.
It is important to understand how your organism reacts to particular food. Is this all black/white? I must say no!
Organism starts its journey towards “acid town” when several elements aren’t in order. To name a few…no physical activity, long-term medication treatments, eating junk food… etc. Remember. . . It’s all in the balance.
How to increase the alkalinity of your body?
Fortunately, it is pretty easy to immediately change your pH for the better and make it more alkaline. The first step is to understand which of the vivers you are eating and the drinks you are drinking. Are they acidic and which are alkaline?! But before you begin to change the intake of foods you have enjoyed so far, a smart step would be to go to a nearby lab and find out the pH value of your organism.
- Regularly check the pH.
- Drink plenty of water (preferably alkaline, the one that has PH > 8)
- Avoid processed foods
- Drink herbal teas and fruit juices
- Have some more coconut or almond milk
- Include fruit juices and vegetable shakes in your diet, in as much quantity as possible
Many doctors think that our body can fight alone with high acidity. That would be logical to conclude if our diet becomes the same again, like in the days of our ancestors. Age without preservatives, additives and plenty of wealth from vegetables and fruits. Unfortunately, the truth is that we turned behind the evolutionary angle and we do not deal with health problems as we used to.
Research has shown that increased acidity requires from our organism to take drastic measures to protect strategic cleansing agents: kidneys and liver.

In his work “Tumour metabolism”, Dr Warburg has shown that all carcinogenic forms fulfill two basic conditions: blood acidity and hypoxia (lack of oxygen).
It has been discovered that tumour cells are anaerobic (do not breathe oxygen) and can not survive in the presence of high concentrations of oxygen. Tumour cells can survive only with the help of glucose and in the environment without oxygen.
Therefore, cancer is a defence mechanism that our cells use to survive in an acidic environment without the presence or with a low level of oxygen.
Healthy cells live in an alkaline environment full of oxygen, which allows them to have normal functioning. Tumour cells live in an acidic environment with low oxygen. These are the cancer cells.

The acidity or alkalinity of the internal liquids has a profound effect even at the individual cellular level. The whole metabolic process depends on the balance, up to the cellular level.
Without this relationship, no useful chemical or energy exchange will occur because there is no pH balance. The pH of the body’s opposites – acidity and alkalinity – chemically provides electrical flow. As emphasized, it is completely impossible for cancer to appear in a person who has a healthy diet, drinks plenty of pure water and exercise. To properly feed, ensure 60% alkaline nutrition and avoid products that are mostly acidic, such as carbonated drinks, sweets, fast food.
If you like all those, please do not abuse it.
If you are ill, it is ideal for your diet to be 80% alkaline.
If you have cancer, it is advisable to alkalize your body as much as possible.
You can achieve this with help of proper diet, exercise, stress avoidance and additional chlorophyll intake.
