You probably heard that more and more people are using superfoods in their diets!? If you belong to an older generation you probably think: “They are crazy. I have a regular and healthy diet. I don’t need any icky shake.” Maybe you do eat green vegetables, meat, and fruits – but is it enough!?
In history, sitting was a position for rich people. A chair was a way to show status, especially chair with high backrest element. Hard-working people sat on some “hard-core” bench, stump or the ground, never spending too much time on it and constantly moving. Did the old-timers know something or the life taught them how to stay healthy?
Having trouble to get up in the morning? Feeling slow and sleepy all day, especially in the afternoon? As you age you tend to think that you are just getting older and out of shape and you keep saying to yourself “as soon as I do X thing, I’m going to work on myself”! But you never do and days are passing. If so, you are maybe suffering from low oxygen in your blood. If you fix this, your “work on yourself” days could come faster!
On one occasion a few of my friends and I went for a couple of long walks in the nearby forest. A pal of mine apparently ate something bad and got sick to his stomach. A nearby bush looked like a great idea for a toilet. Less than 2 minutes have passed when he runs out with his pants down. Mosquitoes seeing his white “behind” descended to it like it was a bulb.
